Fred's Newsletter 22.12.20

Good morning!

It's a short message from me this week as I'm surrounded by poultry of many shapes and sizes in the kitchen today, getting them ready for all the Christmas orders. It's quite a sight to see!

So I would like firstly to say that we wish you all a very merry Christmas, wherever in the world you may be.

I also want to say a huge thank you for supporting us through what has been one hell of a year. Never in a million years could any of us imagine it.

But in all the bad, we have found so much good and we have been blown away by the support of customers old and new. From the bottom of our hearts - thank you. Thank you for buying one meal, many meals, a gift voucher, something from our shop, and your words of support by email or on social media. We appreciate it all.

I'll be back next week with news of our Hogmanay take-away, but in the meantime, I hope you enjoy good food, and hopefully the company of others this Christmas.

One last thing - Betty has an update on the shop below - please read!

A bientôt,

Fred

OUR SHOP STAYS OPEN!

But with a little twist. This Wednesday and Thursday come and browse our stock in the flesh at the restaurant! I'll be here to welcome you from 2-4.30pm.

I'll also have a few edible goodies for sale, including some wonderful cheeses from France. And maybe a few other treats!

You can still order online if you prefer, but now everything is only available for collection from the restaurant at the times above.

Also, just so you know, we are only able to accept contactless payments for purchases on the day.

Hope to see you!

Betty
