Emma has been part of the cheese industry since 2009, serving as an educator for cheese courses for MonS Formation in France as well as the Guild of Fine Food and Academy of Cheese in the UK.

Beneath the restaurant, you’ll discover a warm and welcoming bar where you can enjoy an aperitif before dining, or visit after your meal. 

Serving cheese, charcuterie, olives, bread and other carefully-sourced produce that are perfect to enjoy with a glass of wine or an aperitif.
