Fred is very proud to present the farmers and producers of Scotland. He has been working with most for many years and can only recommend that you try their products for yourself.

In the cool cabinets you will find meats and smoked fish from Fife to East Lothian.

Terrines, pâté and rillettes are made in house in fred's own laboratory. You will find confit duck gizzards, black pudding, prepared by Fred himself.

You could be lucky enough and pop in l'épicerie on a day where Fred and his friend Dominic from Sunnyside Farm are making pork sausages. You could also come in on the day Fred is making a confit from Robin's Duck legs from Gartmorn Farm.

There’s a good selection of saucissons from Savoie and ham from Auvergne.

At l'épicerie we organise food tasting and wine tasting on a regular basis.
